Really good Wedding Venue
calm demeanour helpful coordinator wedding team perfect day
The team ensured our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Tracy, our coordinator, was very helpful and accommodating. She had such a calm demeanour. She calmed us down and told us she's got it all under control. I trust Tracy with my life!
During dinner, they put the wrong ice cream on the dessert, served to two guest tables before anyone clarified the menu choices with us.

ample space attentive staff
I am grateful for our executive room. It offered ample space and a well-kept appearance. Dining in both the Garden Restaurant and Bar Lounge proved satisfying. Restaurant staff was attentive to details.

breakfast buffet friendly staff well kept ground
the breakfast buffet include a various choices and the room include a mini fridge and toiletries. the reception staff appear friendly and accommodating, offered to assist with bags. the venue looks grand and the grounds appears well kept.
the wifi only worked in parts of the room and seem patchy.

nice stay
manicured grounds twin room early check large whirlpool
the hotel has manicured grounds. i had a twin room that overlooked the grounds. i was able to check in early at 12:00pm. the wet spa had a whirlpool that could accommodate at least ten people.
the hotel was very warm and it did not have air conditioning. i had only a small fan. the shower did not have continuous hot water.

dinner was available in the garden room with a menu offering great choices. staff took great care with dietary needs, food allergies, and intolerances. they topped up glasses with water and wine.

dirty shower guest noise
The breakfast was acceptable.
The room was far from luxurious. I found hairs in the shower, quite disgusting. The noise from other guests persisted late into the night.
